How Instant Reality Gaming collects and uses Discord and Riot data for community inhouses.
When you sign in with Discord, we store your Discord user ID and profile identity so we can authenticate you on the site and match you to inhouse queues and profiles.
When you link a League of Legends account (Discord /ign link or Linked Accounts), we collect your Riot ID (gameName#tagLine), PUUID, rank data, and match IDs via Riot Games APIs.
We use Riot API data solely for account verification, matchmaking balance, and recording inhouse and tournament match results. Tournament lobby codes are ephemeral and shared only with match players. Game-end callbacks and match IDs are used only to resolve results—not for public tracking sites or resale.
Riot-linked data is stored while your account remains linked, plus season and match history needed for leaderboards. We also store shop cosmetic preferences and support tickets. We do not sell personal data to third parties. When you donate, payment processors such as Stripe handle payment details; we do not sell that information.
Unlink anytime with Discord /clearign or via Linked Accounts. For deletion requests, email support@instantrealitygaming.com or open a Support ticket.
